Our promise to you
We are passionate about making students look good and feel proud. The garments we supply are not only comfortable to wear, but technically advanced to be able to stand up to the rigourous demands of school life. All items supplied to Cardinal Newman are customised with either the PE or Academy logo and some items can be further customised with pupils initials to aid identification and prevent loss.
What size should I order?
Please click on the sizing tab for more information on measuring your child. We recommend ordering up a size to ensure that the PE kit lasts as long as possible, but also because modern sportswear is designed to be a fitted garment. We attend a school open day each year to enable pupils to try the kit on and help parents make the right choice.
When will I receive my order
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but there are a couple of factors outside of our control. Occasionally items may be temporarily out of stock and in those circumstances we will try and advise you of the next delivery opportunity. Some items (particularly the Academy kit) require additional customisation. In general we pick orders tweekly, usually on a Wednesday or Thursday with delivery on a Friday or Saturday. Orders are delivered to your home or work address - the choice is yours. If you think you may not be in to receive the delivery, please advise us of any instuctions at the checkout. Depending on your location deliveries are made by Royal Mail or our local courier.
I've ordered the wrong size - what do I do?
If your item has unique customisation (such as initials, a name or number) then these cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. This does not effect your Consumer Rights. If the item does not have unique customisation, then please download our returns form by clicking on the button below. You can send the items back free of charge via Royal Mail and we will issue a refund within 7 days of reciept. You will then need to place an order for the new items.
What happens if the wrong item has been delivered or there is a fault?
Firstly, we apologise for the issue - unfortunately human error can occur. Simply download the Returns form below and send back using our free Royal Mail returns service. We will issue your replacement items by return.
